Know More
Urban culture, sport, and music to celebrate Adidas LATAM.
Main stage, skate park, basketball court, arcade zone, sneaker cleaning & customization, and a makeup station with the Originals spirit—all fully produced by Firefly in Panama City.
Project at a glance
For Adidas LATAM’s year-end event, Firefly led strategy, branding, logistics, and full production. We designed and operated every space to channel the brand’s energy, closing with a lineup of local artists and a final party. An experience built to inspire, connect, and live the Adidas brand to the fullest.

Problem
Turn an Internal Comms/HR brief into a cohesive LATAM EOY—going from concept to on-site ops in a single night.
Adidas asked us to celebrate its “family” through an urban experience blending fashion, art, and music. The challenge was to create a unified concept—Adidas FAM (Fashion, Art & Music)—rooted in Samba, Gazelle, and Superstar, and stage it in Panama City’s largest nightclub. We had to coordinate round-trip shuttles from HQ, design and run multiple zones (main stage, skate park, basketball court, arcade, sneaker cleaning & customization, and a makeup station), open with a breakdance show and local artists, host employee recognitions and a VIP raffle for Estéreo Picnic, and manage catering, safety, and post-event transport for a seamless finale.

Solution
From brief to Adidas FAM: a unified urban, end-to-end experience.
Working with Internal Comms and HR, we developed a proprietary concept—Adidas FAM (Fashion, Art & Music)—plus a visual system and renders to align every team. We secured Panama City’s largest nightclub, designed the experience architecture (main stage, skate park, basketball court, arcade zone, sneaker cleaning & customization, makeup station), curated a breakdance opener and local artists, planned employee recognitions and a VIP raffle for Estéreo Picnic, and ran full logistics: round-trip shuttles from HQ, catering, safety, and on-site flow for a seamless finish.
Execution pillars
Concept, naming, and look & feel anchored in Samba, Gazelle, and Superstar.
Renders and a master plan to unify all zones under one narrative.
360° operations: transport, build, staffing, show programming, and safety.
