We built an experience for HR, Marketing, and Comms that linked business pain points to Oracle solutions (infrastructure, data, search). The setup combined F1 simulators with official Oracle Red Bull Racing telemetry and dashboards, live competitions, guided demos, and hospitality (catering + AV), all in a flow that enabled targeted 1:1 conversations with each team.

Translate technical capabilities into clear value for non-technical teams.

The challenge: turn complex topics (cloud, data, search performance) into an experience that engages the whole company and sparks strategic conversations. We needed high engagement, hands-on demos, and a narrative that tied business outcomes to technology—without losing technical rigor.

Experience architecture + full production, using F1 as the engagement hook.

We co-designed a department-specific agenda and a demo journey:

  • F1 simulators with telemetry and official dashboards (Oracle Red Bull Racing context).

  • Technical demos (e.g., search improvements) with clear visual storytelling.

  • Hospitality & AV: environment, catering, and continuous tech support.

  • Renders & build: pre-design, staging, and on-site operations by Firefly.
